Everyone encounters one or more of these sorts of problems at one point or another in life. They are so incredibly common that there exist effective solutions to all of them. We all have bodies that sometimes don’t look or behave as we’d like them to look or behave, and it’s fine. It’s completely normal!

Really chronic facial hair

I mentioned relatively manageable facial hair - like a lone fully-grown hair that appears overnight - in part 1. For clearly excessive facial hair, often a post-menopause issue, you can get a prescription-only cream called Vaniqa following a consultation with an online prescription service, including from Boots’s online doctor (you answer a load of questions and then a real, human doctor evaluates suitability). I have a friend who had a surprisingly stubborn beard and Vaniqa finally got rid of it. This sounds like I’m really talking about myself, doesn’t it? But I don’t have a beard. Just the ‘tache 👍🏼.
