Seriously good stuff. I could cry over the mules… 8/41 would be a push - or should that be ‘squeeze’? (And isn’t it 8/42?) I started buying shoes a size too large a bit over a decade ago. I just couldn’t bear the thought of ever having blisters again. It has (mostly) worked.
I’m feeling startlingly chic (this is an utterly unfamiliar situation), as I bought a not dissimilar pair of khaki trousers in the Trinity Hospice shop for ELEVEN POUNDS! I was as happy as Larry when I brought them home - and now I know why.
Lovely post full of chicness as per usje; nothing to say except it’s nice being the first to comment lol. Happy long weekend (Canada Day) from Toronto where both grown sons are off doing their own thing, I’m about to order rosé for lunch with a girlfriend, and the husband has rebuilt our rotten garden deck at home. Plus it’s cooled off after 44C temps for a few days! So yes — things to be thankful for!
Definitely buying that Ralph Lauren shirt !
Thank you
Allllllll soooo good ✨
